Privacy Policy
Auto Locksmith Solihull is a one-van mobile business. Below is a plain-English account of what details we handle and the reasons. No accounts exist, no newsletters go out, and tracking is limited to the anonymous analytics noted below.
Open 24 hours · Fully mobile · Clear quote before any work starts
What we collect
Calling or messaging us passes on whatever you tell us: your name, phone number, vehicle details and where the car is. That information exists for one purpose — quoting, arranging and completing the work you requested.
What we do not do
Your details are never sold, never handed to marketers, and never used for mailing lists. Call records and messages are retained only as long as the job and normal business record-keeping require.
Website analytics
The website itself gathers no personal data — there are no forms here. We use plain anonymous analytics to see which pages get visited, and nothing beyond that.
Your rights
Ask us any time what we hold about you, or ask us to remove it — a call or WhatsApp to 07367 634032 is all it takes.
Frequently asked questions
Do you share my details with anyone?
Never. What you tell us is used solely to quote for and complete your job. Nothing is sold, nothing goes to marketers, and nothing lands you on a mailing list. After the work, records survive only as long as they genuinely need to.
How can I ask you to delete my details?
A call or WhatsApp to 07367 634032 is enough — say the word and we will remove what we hold, no questions asked. Anything the law obliges us to retain for business records stays, and we will tell you precisely what that is if you ask.
